El pequeño artista is the first Bilingual Arts Center for Children in New York. The workshops at El pequeño artista help Spanish-speaking families keep alive their native traditions and language for their children, while also encouraging English-speaking parents to provide their children with an opportunity to learn Spanish as a second language in an immersion environment. El pequeño artista offers an innovative selection of classes that involve arts, modern dance, salsa and ballet, music, puppetry and cooking, where children can make and taste various dishes from around the world. In addition, classes are complemented by an array of native Latin American toys, instruments and art for sale. |
