Velocity Sports Performance is a state of-the-art training center where athletes of all ages and ability levels come to learn how to fun faster, jump higher and become a better athlete. VSP features a 4-lane sprint track, 25-yard turf field and hard-court basketball surface. We use scientifically proven programs that are developed and delivered to your child by professionally-trained coaches. The Youth program focuses on speed, agility, coordination, flexibility, mobility, energy system development, functional strength and injury prevention. |
