Overview:
Elvis has not left the building! As a matter of fact, he's alive and well at the Palace Theatre where talented actors perform more than two dozen of his most beloved melodies in the new musical "All Shook Up."

Dubbed a "juke box musical", the creators of "All Shook Up" created a clever story line around such favorites as "Love Me Tender" and "Heartbreak Hotel."

The story line of All Shook Up centers around a small, prudish town in the Midwest of the 1950s. Things change in the depressed town and the lives of its people when roustabout Chad comes to town on his motorcycle with his guitar in tow.

He proceeds to shake up the town's womenfolk, instill a new passion in the hearts of the town's men, and creates a big ruckus
with the town's female mayor, who has outlawed all displays of public affection including hugging, kissing, and dancing.

Though the musical touches lightly on the subjects of interracial relationships and homosexuality, "All Shook Up" is a great Broadway show for the whole family and you're guaranteed to leave the theater humming a bar or two of your favorite Elvis oldie.
