Overview:
The Woman in White is a very British musical based on a novel of the same name
by mystery writer Wilkie Collins. Set in Victorian England, with music by Andrew
Lloyd Weber, this story tells of a young man, Count Fosco, who is hired as an
art tutor for two sisters.

When he becomes stranded in a remote area of the countryside, he becomes privy to the chilling secrets of a mysterious woman in white.
Along with the sisters, he finds himself trapped in a web of crime, mystery, and devastating secrets. The young man and the sisters must learn to work together to outwit the cagey villain.
This show boasts a number of fine actors/singers who are relatively unknown to American audiences but who’ve shown their theatrical skills in this and similar productions on the London stage. |
Michael Crawford, of Phantom of the Opera fame, was originally cast for the role of the Count but was replaced by current actor, Michael Ball, when he fell ill and was unable to fulfill his obligations. Ball has appeared in many Andrew Lloyd Weber productions.
