The Amsterdam Court, tucked on a side street just off Broadway, is surrounded by a bevy of New York theaters, wonderful restaurants, and other famous New York landmarks. This boutique-style hotel, though small in size, is friendly and eager to please. As is typical of many small New York hotels, the rooms here can be quite tiny but are clean and welcoming nonetheless, decorated with contemporary furniture and soft colors. There‘s always a helpful staff member at the lobby desk, eager to direct you to nearby kid-friendly attractions like the giant Toys-R-Us store and the American Girl Place, located just a few blocks away. The Amsterdam Court offers free continental breakfast each morning, with foods that are a hit with kids including NY bagels, tasty sweet muffins, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The subway stop is practically next door to the hotel, making travel to other parts of the city quite convenient.
