Children's classes are separated by age groups: 3-5 year olds and 6-12 year olds. Instruction is initially centered around exercises designed to improve motor skills and increase physical coordination. The children are then taught how to fall without hurting themselves and we introduce basic martial arts principles of movement. In conjunction with these principles, we instruct them in the techniques of Aikido. Cooperation and consideration for others are stressed in every aspect of training. Read reviews from parents at
